The campus is committed to working closely with faculty, staff, and students to create a hospitable venue for meetings and events.

Working in unison with the event sponsor, a UConn Hartford Campus Event Services Coordinator will organize services to ensure all meetings or events are a success. It is important to have each meeting and event held at the campus properly staffed and planned. By utilizing the ‘Space Request Form’ tab, it will allow the campus to gather key pieces of information that will allow for an assessment to be conducted to make sure the campus can properly serve the requests.

We strive to find an appropriate room for your meeting or event, based on many factors including time of day, size of crowd, presence of food, nature of event and guests as well as the equipment and technology you need to make your event memorable!
